VP, Product

@ Hearst Magazines

Oversaw product team structure and strategy across three org restructures, leading teams at both horizontal (discipline) and vertical (vertical) levels.

  • 2025–now: VP, Site Experience — leading teams across all Hearst Magazines brands for SEO, audience development, content experience and navigation/wayfinding.
  • Launched AI-powered article summarization and text-to-speech across the Hearst Magazines portfolio.
  • Building an agentic workflow on top of our internal design system so product and editorial teams can spin up branded pages and features without a front-end hand-off.
  • Coded an internal analytics dashboard that pulls from the GitHub, Looker and our internal APIs to tie feature launches to audience impact — so we can see which shipped work actually moved the numbers.
  • 2023–2025: VP, Enthusiast & Wellness — ran product for the E&W brand vertical. Launched a new Masterclass template, new paywall experiences, and the platform features powering Oprah's Favorite Things.
  • 2021–2023: VP, Core — ran the Core disciplinary track with Directors and PMs across Content (replatformed the front-end for all Hearst US Magazines sites), Storytelling, CMS (new platform initiative), Search (replatformed to in-house Elasticsearch), and Video (relaunched in-house player).
